In celebration of Mental Health Awareness month, The IceHouse Literary Arts Committee presents “Embrace the Third Space,” in partnership with Silk Lehigh Valley.

The event starts with an open discussion between the audience and the representatives of Silk Lehigh Valley. “Open to all ages and walks of life, we encourage an immersive and educational conversation about the things we’d rather keep quiet,” says Magnus Mateo, one of the organizers. Featured readers will open up the dialogue and inspire workshop participation.

During the workshop, we encourage attendees to write a creative piece regarding the event’s theme, and then reconvene to share what they’ve created with the room.
