Explore art therapy in a safe community session with Nikki Sunday of Sunday Studios and Robbie Matthews from New Bethany Ministries. Participants will learn about the difference between art therapy and art as therapy, create their own artworks in response to their mental health, and have the opportunity to participate in the Break the Stigma project.
