Frustrated with feeling tired and sick? Dealing with a chronic illness or have some weight to lose? Let’s get healthy with the support of people with the same goal in mind and join this nutrition based workshop. Everyone in the group will receive a personalized nutrient survey to complete and your assessment will be targeted to your personal needs. Our group will meet four times, every Monday for 4 weeks. You will learn the 7 steps to health, how to start and live a plant centered diet that nourishes your body with the nutrients it needs to thrive, ways to reduce the toxins we are exposed to on a daily basis, ways to support your gut microbiome, stress management techniques and how to incorporate simple exercise into your life with no gym needed. Through this plan, weight loss can be achieved if needed. Best of all you will have the encouragement from everyone in your group to achieve your health goals.
